Michelle Thomas brings over 8 years of experience to Our Town Realty Property Management (OTPM, LLC) . Her career began as a key player growing one of the largest 'one owner' businesses in town from roughly 50 doors to 600 doors. She then decided to venture out on her own. In the spring of 2019, she partnered with her lifelong friends at Our Town Realty, Inc. where she prides herself in giving the highest level of personalized service to her clients and tenants. Her integrity and tenacity have given her a well deserved name in the business. Along with her team, she has created a responsive maintenance crew backed by a general contractor.

Chris Holliday
Originally from Evans, Georgia, Chris attended the University of Georgia receiving a Bachelor of Business in Marketing/Finance and later receiving a Masters of Forest Resources. Having always had an inspiration for real estate and working in the civil engineering/land planning field for over 15 years, Chris decided to acquire his real estate license and make his passion for deal making a reality.
With his extensive knowledge of Real Estate, Forestry and Land planning, the prospective client will be properly consulted when it comes time to making the best decision for Commercial/Land, Residential sales and acquisition.

Ginny Mazzawi
Ginny Mazzawi has lived in Oconee, GA with her husband and two children for the past six years. A native of Atlanta, Ginny is a graduate of Piedmont College and spent many years working as an elementary school teacher in the Atlanta Public Schools.
Ginny has a lifelong passion for real estate development, architecture and interior design which she now channels into her work as a real estate agent with Our Town Realty. Ginny has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and finds great joy in helping her clients both buy and sell homes in the greater Oconee area.

Valerie Garrett
Valerie is a dedicated person. She has worn many hats, including mother of four boys, Real Estate Title Examiner, and the wife of a Registered Land Surveyor for 21 years. These combined experiences help her to assist above and beyond when navigating the details of closing on a land or home purchase.
Valerie obtained her Real Estate License to start a new chapter in her career. She is excited about this new path and looks forward to helping people make sound investments and helping them find their place in Our Town.

Grace Williamson
Grace graduated with a BFA from the University of Georgia, and she has lived in Athens, GA for the better part of her life (giving her true townie status).
She is currently getting her license in real estate, and in the meantime, she will be working with us doing transaction coordination work. She currently lives in the Five Points area with her cat, Loo, and she enjoys working with textiles and reading in her spare time. We are so excited to see what's ahead for Grace, given her knowledge of the area and her passion for connecting buyers and sellers.
