Required Applicant Qualifications

• All applicants must complete an online application. This includes everyone over the age of 18 who wishes to reside at the unit in question. The cost is $40 per applicant.

• All applicants must pass a background check, a credit check, and an eviction check.  No felonies and no evictions in the last 4 years.

• You must have a credit score of at least 600. The credit score required is subject to change depending on the unit.

• You must make three times the rent for total household income.We will need 3 months of pay stubs.You must be on your job for at least 6 months. 

• We will need a copy of your driver’s license and your current address.

We in the parker family want to personally thank you for the amazing job you have done for us. the water heater bit the dust and in less than 24 hours of it being reported a new one was installed. This wasn’t a simple install mind you. It was in a crawlspace under the house. i could barely fit into the crawlspace to turn the water heater off and had no idea how it was even possible to get the hot water heater replaced. you team still took care of it fast. personally we have been bounced around between three property management agencies and two individuals in our stay at this property. We have reported the same issues to each and haven’t has even the slightest attempt at help. we just learned to live with the problems and decided we were going to move after the lease ran out. you can imagine how worried i was when we found out we had no hot water. we had to have it. we have young children on top of our own personal hygeine through this pandemic. i wasn’t very confident at first because past experiences have left a figurative bad taste in our mouths. we were preparing to stay in a hotel until it could get fixed. just wow. thank you so much for restoring out faith in the landlord/tenant relationship. we have also decided to renew our lease as long as it’s with your agency because of how amazingly prompt and professional the service was. we look forward to another year here. hopefully we won’t have to report any issues, but at least we know if something happens, it WILL be taken care of. you guys and your team are awesome. wish i could buy you all a beer. a big heartfelt thanks from my family to each one of you.
